8/6/11: When we come into the rescue they tell us there is some out there for each and other one of us. However being a fat chic and at least twenty pounds overweight I didn’t really believe this until the Burton’s came. They fell in love with my smile and decided I was the one for them. Mr. Jim likes to go walking so he has put me on an exercise program where we will work up to going on longer walks as I lose the weight. He has found out when I get tired I just lay down and won’t move until I am rested. Yep, it looks like I am on my way to a healthier life and they have those darn green beans here also. I have found the perfect folks for me and the rescue really does work!
7/4/11: Hello my name is Perla, about five years old and I am new to the rescue. My folks moved out of state and took me to the animal shelter. I am a smaller collie, well let me rephrase that, I should be a small girl and am on a diet. I’m really starting to like those green beans they serve here. My Evaluation is in progress.
