Nadia (Adopted)

1/14/12:  I’m going to be going home with Miss Elizabeth after I am spayed this week.  We are going to do many things together like walks on the beach and I’m pretty excited to start my new life.  We love each other already and thanks everyone for saving me.

12/26/11:  Nice to meet you folks, Mario and I just arrived here this weekend.  We were found wondering down the road and when our owners couldn’t be found we came to the rescue.  We are about ten weeks old and sweet just little kids who know how lucky we are.  Just click here to watch a movie of us playing.  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j3bToqoa64A&feature=youtu.be

Mario (Adopted)

1/22/12:  Here I am at my home with my new family, The Weibles.  Bailey and Benji are my new friends and I am going to grown up much larger than them.  Look at this great new bed they bought for me and I’m going to have the good life here.  If you are wondering if I miss Nadia the answer is no because she always had to be the boss.  Thanks everyone!

Zarah (Adopted)

1/29/12:  Time for me to wave “Good Bye” because I am going home with Jennifer.  We picked each other out and a great match.  All my medical needs have been taken care of thanks to you guys   I’m on my way to a better life with my very own person to love and be loved.  Thank you so much for all you did this young girl with so many problems and giving me a real collie life.  We are so happy!

12/21/11:  Today I went for my vet checkup and at two years old I pretty much have it all.  I would have never made it if you folks hadn’t rescued me.  I of course need to be spayed but that will have to wait because I have tick disease and going on antibiotics to clear that up.  I also have a light case of heartworms that will have to be treated.  Now if that wasn’t bad enough my eyelids fold inward causing hair to rub my eye and will require surgery.  If you have ever had a hair in your eye imagine having many of them and what that feels like.  All of this is fixable and will just take time so I will be here a while.  I will need your prayers and support please.

12/17/11:  Hello my name is Zarah and I am a two year old female, tri colored collie.  I just arrived today and was picked up as a stray by the animal shelter.  So far I have received vaccinations, wormed and flea treated.  I also received the How To Get Adopted Manual that tells me what I need to learn before going to a new home.  This coming week I will be spayed and get my rabies shot.  My evaluation is in progress while the rescue folks get to know me so I will go to a home suited for my personality.  I’m on my way to a better life.

Thank you Shelly for transporting me to the rescue.

Thanks to Stephen Fishel, Lesley Rivers, Jenne Mondry, Rosemary Foley, Anna Craig, Jenne & Jack Mondry & Helen Kline for donating toward my medical needs.
