Baxter (Available)

9/6/26:  I’m the man of the group, a five-year-old Collie boy weighing about 55 pounds. I was already neutered when I arrived, so I’ve got that taken care of!  I did have a little eye infection, but I’m taking medicine for it and it’s already clearing up nicely. I enjoy going for walks and do pretty well on a loose leash. I know my basic commands, am housetrained, and am crate trained, although I don’t really need a crate.  I get along just fine with the other dogs and don’t bother the cats. I’m an easygoing guy who is ready to find my new family.  I came to the rescue because my person had to have back surgery and would no longer be able to care for me.
