3/7/25:  Shanna and Steve have been hoping for a collie like me to give a forever home to during my senior years. It’s been a while since their last collie passed, and they’ve really missed having one around. The journey home was long, but I was a trooper, mostly sleeping along the way. It feels wonderful to be headed to a peaceful home where I’ll be loved and well cared for.

3/2/25:  I’m a healthy 11-year-old smooth collie girl, weighing about 55 pounds. I’ve been well cared for and loved deeply until my owner passed away. I have excellent house manners and get along great with other dogs. While I’m good with children, I’m not too fond of cats. I’m looking for a permanent foster home where I can spend my golden years. CRC will cover all approved medical expenses— all you need to do is love me!

2/17/25:  Today, I’m officially joining the Stewart family! I was calm and well-behaved on the ride home. Once we arrived, I met the horse and the cats, then explored the yard. After all the excitement, I needed a nap to recharge. Playing with the other dogs will help me shed some of this extra weight, and we’ll also be going on walks. I’m already feeling at home here, and they love me too!

2/9/25:  I’m a 3-year-old, voluptuous Collie girl weighing 82 pounds. My person used to leave food out, but as you can see, that wasn’t the best idea for me! So now, I’m on a diet. I’m at the rescue because my person was elderly and could no longer care for me. I’m housetrained, walk well on a leash, and I’m great in the car. I get along wonderfully with other dogs, love children, and I’m good with cats too!

2/1/25:  I’m so lucky to be joining the Jarrett family! They’ve adopted so many collies over the years, and I know I’ll be in great hands. I’ll have an older sister, and Dakota, my new brother (he’s the one in the picture with me), will help me get settle in.  They are the perfect family for me.

12/29/24:  I’m a three-year-old sable and white collie girl, weighing about 55 pounds. I was found as a stray, so not much is known about my past. So far, I’ve visited the groomer and have an upcoming appointment for vaccinations and to be spayed. I’m still learning some manners, like staying out of the trash and not jumping on people. I’m crate trained, walk pretty well on a leash, and haven’t had any accidents inside. I get along great with other dogs and don’t mind cats at all!
