Ryker (Adopted)

12/23/23:  The Thomas Family have decided to give me a home and I am their second adoption from CRC.  I fit in here right away and they love me already.  I follow mom every where she goes and she is so glad to have a fellow like me.  This is the greatest home ever and I am so happy to become a part of the great family.

12/17/23:  I was living in a home with a bunch of small dogs and a pitbull that did not like me.  One of the CRC volunteers heard about me needing a home and brought me to the rescue.  I am a 4 year old, 69 pound, white collie fellow with a tri head.  I am housetrained, good on the leash, great with the other dogs and cats also.  I absolutely love people and will always be by your side.  I am working on learning to play fetch.

Sprout (Adopted)

12/16/23:  When I got Miss Amy under the mistletoe and gave her some smooches it was a done deal.  Miss Amy says I am the sweetest thing.  I do have a collie friend to teach me the things I need to know as I grow up.  I am so excited to be in my new home for my first Christmas.

12/10/23:  They say the person who adopts the last puppy gets the best puppy.  This is because I have had more training, solicitation and exposure to worldly things.  I have learned housetraining, crate training, basic commands and some tricks.  I am great with the other dogs and don’t mind the cat.  I’m a playful little guy and also a gentle kind of fellow.  The vet thinks I will top out at around 50 pounds.  I sure would like to be in my home for Christmas.

11/5/23:  Went to the vet for my final x-ray and I got a clean bill of health.  I am now ready to go to my forever home.  I may not look much like a collie but my mom was a pure bred tri color collie.  We don’t know much of anything about my dad.  I have been learning housetraining and doing very well with that.  Also learning some basic commands like sit and come.I have a very sweet, gentle personality.

10/18/23:  Sprout, I’m a three month old collie fellow and the runt of the litter.  When I came to the rescue I had a respiratory infection and had to spend some time at the hospital.  I’m home now, doing great and love playing with toys.  Learning so much here at my foster home like housetraining, crate training and basic commands.

Levitt (Adopted)

12/15/23:  I’m headed out on a 17 hour journey to my new home.  My new dad came to meet me and brought Miss Lylah who gave me a thumbs up.  We hit it off right away and I am so excited to have a girlfriend.  We made some stops along the way and I got to stay in a hotel.  I have so many new things to experience and ready to start my new life.

11/6/23:  I am a smooth collie fellow about 2 to 3 years old.  Relic and I were picked up by the animal shelter just wondering around as strays.  We both did have an embedded prong collar in our neck and thankfully that has been removed.  The shelter folks think we were probably tied outside all the time.  Clearly no one check to see how tight our collars were.  I’m a bit more outgoing and really loving this new life.  So many new things to learn about like being in the house and freedom to run around the fenced in yard.  There is plenty to eat and I have learned about treats and toys.
