Wish List

As you can imagine, with roughly 100 dogs finding their way through CRC’s doors every year, we are desperately in need of donations.  If you would like to send any of the below items contact jsmith@collierescue.net for a physical address.

Critical items on our Collie Wish List include:

  • Paper towels
  • Chew toys
  • Chew treats
  • Gift cards to grocery or pet stores
  • Frontline
  • Canned dog food
  • Donations to Triad Animal Hospital (for medical costs) — phone: 336-993-6619
  • Give A Collie ABath:  Have you ever wished you lived closer and could help with the grooming?  Well now you can and for just $25.00 you can bath and blow dry a rescue collie.  The best part is you will not get wet or have to clean up.  Most of the collies coming in are matted, dirty and some have never had a bath in their lives.  Just hit the donate button and in the comments section let me know which collie you would like to bath.  The more donations coming in the more beauty treatment they will receive, like having their nails cut, brushing, trim, ears cleaned, massage ect.  Would you have ever imagined the fellow below could be so beautiful and just look how happy he is?

Why are we always in need when we ask for a $275 donation with each adoption? Medical costs can easily exceed the adoption fees for routine care. Take a look at the schedule of fees for basic care of a single dog:

Deworming $26.00
